WHAT KEEPS US MOVING
Our state of the art plant is equipped with the latest equipment for mixing, cutting and curing, providing us with the capability to deliver the best quality product with unparalleled consistency. Brikolite AAC blocks are produced by mixing fly ash, calcined lime, gypsum, cement and aluminium powder of the finest quality using our own secret formula to provide our customers with the best product possible.
A cake of this mixture is then trimmed, cut into shape and loaded into autoclaves, where they are steam cured for 10-12 hours at 190°C under a saturated steam pressure of 12 bar. Brikolite AAC blocks are the perfect building blocks for both external and internal walls in any type of building construction.
Our solar initiative
We are the first manufacturing unit of AAC Block in the NE region to install solar panels. We not only produce an eco-friendly material but also through environmentally sustainable method. Using solar energy reduces the emission of green gas which helps us to protect our environment and keep pollution levels in check.
